She is flexible and willing to help anywhere she is needed; she is kind and caring and loves every child she has in her care. She provides a warm and welcoming and educational environment that fosters growth and development in her room! Ms. Steph has worked in childcare for eight years, seven of which have been here at Bright Start. Ms. Steph says she would not choose any other career path, as her heart lies in Childcare! Last week, our friends in our pre-k class learned about the life cycle of a frog. *Egg mass>Tadpole>Tadpole with Legs>Young Frog>Adult Frog.
This week we are learning about pond plants! We can't wait to share all we've learned!

Ms. Christina has worked at Bright Start Learning Center since 2024. She works primarily with our Young Preschool students, helping give them the early tools to set them up for success in later education. When she isn’t working, Christina enjoys crocheting, watching true crime documentaries, and spending time with her partner, Scott and her two children, Jacob and Kaitlyn.

Ms. Chloe has worked at Bright Start Learning Center since 2021. Did you know the average age that a child starts crawling is 7-10 months old? Ms. Chloe works tirelessly to provide a safe and loving environment to allow the infants in our care to grow and learn. When she isn't working, Chloe is studying social work at The Ohio State University and enjoys spending time were her cats!

Learning
At Bright Start Learning Center, the child comes first. We take pride in not only providing for their physical and emotional needs, but for their developmental needs as well. Our curriculum was created for its balance between both teacher-directed and child-initiated learning. It is our goal to help the children develop the passion for learning that they will carry with them throughout their life. Bright Start Learning Center uses a weekly theme based curriculum that is designed to foster social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development and to enhance learning in literacy, math, science, social studies, and the arts. This allows the teachers to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, content-rich program for children of all backgrounds and skill levels that is constantly matching the interests of the students. Please be sure to look for the weekly lesson plans hanging in the classrooms.
